The question most people from Narre Warren are really asking is wrap or respray. A respray is permanent, takes longer and is priced like it. A wrap is the cheapest way to change everything about how a car looks, and the original paint is still underneath when you want it back.

The one thing a wrap will not do is hide what is wrong with the paint. Film follows the surface under it, so faded but sound paint wraps fine, while flaking clear coat, deep chips or a bad old respray need sorting first. We will look at the car and tell you which yours is before anything starts.

From Narre Warren it is about fifteen minutes down to Cranbourne. A full colour change is about a week with us. A bonnet, a roof or a set of mirrors is usually done in a few hours.

What you can have

How far it goes is your call.

  • Full colour change

Every painted panel, wrapped and tucked. The car reads as that colour from any angle, including with the doors open.

  • Part wraps

A bonnet, a roof, a set of mirrors. The cheapest way to break up a colour, and usually a few hours rather than a week.

  • Printed designs

Artwork printed onto the film and laid to a layout drawn up first, so you see how it sits on the car before anything is installed.

  • Colour-shift and specialty film

Films that move through two or three colours as the light changes, plus chrome, brushed metal and textured finishes.

Car wrapping in Narre Warren, answered.

Is a wrap cheaper than a respray?

For a full colour change, generally yes, and it is quicker and reversible as well. Every job is priced on the car and the work, so send through the make, model and what you are after for an actual figure.

My paint is faded. Can you wrap over it?

Faded paint that is still sound, yes. Paint that is flaking, peeling or has been badly resprayed is the exception, because film follows what is under it. We will tell you before we start rather than after.

Can you wrap over damage?

Film follows what is underneath it, so dents and deep chips still read through. Anything that needs fixing is best fixed first.

Can I take it through a car wash?

Hand wash it. Automatic washes with brushes catch edges, and that is where a wrap starts to lift.
