Car wrapping
for Berwick.
About eighteen minutes from the workshop. Satin, matte and gloss colour changes, laid over paint you would rather keep exactly as it is.
A lot of the cars worth wrapping are cars worth keeping. On a car like that a wrap does two jobs at once: it changes the colour, and for as long as it is on, it is film taking the everyday wear instead of the original paint.
Finish is the big decision. Satin black on an X5, satin purple on an AMG, gloss on something you want to look wet. Matte and satin films need a little more care than gloss - hand wash only, and nothing abrasive - and we will talk you through what living with each one actually means before you pick.
From Berwick it is about eighteen minutes to the workshop, down Clyde Road. A full colour change is with us for about a week, because the car comes apart so the film can be tucked rather than cut.

What you can have
How far it goes is your call.
-
Full colour change
Every painted panel, wrapped and tucked. The car reads as that colour from any angle, including with the doors open.
-
Part wraps
A bonnet, a roof, a set of mirrors. The cheapest way to break up a colour, and usually a few hours rather than a week.
-
Printed designs
Artwork printed onto the film and laid to a layout drawn up first, so you see how it sits on the car before anything is installed.
-
Colour-shift and specialty film
Films that move through two or three colours as the light changes, plus chrome, brushed metal and textured finishes.

Car wrapping in Berwick, answered.
Satin, matte or gloss - which one?
Gloss is the easiest to live with and looks closest to paint. Satin and matte are the ones that make people look twice, and they want a bit more care: hand wash, no wax, nothing abrasive. It is your call, and seeing film on a car helps more than any swatch.
Will a wrap protect my original paint?
From everyday wear, yes - that is part of why people wrap a car they intend to keep. For stone chips on the front end, paint protection film is the purpose-made answer, and the two can share a car.
How long does a wrap last?
Several years on a car that is garaged and washed by hand. Horizontal panels - roof, bonnet, boot - take the most sun and are always the first to go. Matte and satin films need a bit more care than gloss.
Can I take it through a car wash?
Hand wash it. Automatic washes with brushes catch edges, and that is where a wrap starts to lift.
