We do not collect payment details through this website.

To answer your enquiry, quote the work, and contact you about the job. That is all. We do not sell it and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Who we share it with

Nobody, other than service providers who help us run the business - the form provider that delivers enquiries to us, and our email provider. We share information where the law requires it.

Storing and protecting it

Enquiries are held only as long as we need them to quote and complete the work, and to keep proper business records. We take reasonable steps to protect what we hold from misuse, loss and unauthorised access.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses analytics to understand how people find and use it - which pages get read, and roughly where visitors come from. It does not identify you personally. Your browser settings can block cookies if you would rather.

Content loaded from other services

Our home page shows our Google reviews through a widget run by Elfsight, and our home and contact pages each show a Google map. When either of those loads, your browser connects to those companies and they can see your IP address and browser the way any website you visit can.

The map is not loaded when the page opens. It loads when you scroll down to it, so if you never reach it, your browser never contacts Google.
